Seamus Fitzgerald (Waterford P.R.O.) receives the best overall P.R. Award from Joe Mc Donagh (Uachtarán C.L.G.) at the inaugural Cumann na mBunscol National Awards which were sponsored by Roadstone. Also in the picture is Michael Grogan (M.D. Roadstone).
