Forms completed by county winners. Copy to Secretary of Host County and copy to National Co-ordinator. |

All regional Festivals will be completed. |

Children selected to play in Croke Park will be informed in writing by the National co-ordinator as will their teachers. Please ensure that HOME addresses of teachers and pupils are completed in full. |
