DAIRYGOLD PRIMARY GAME.
We have to pick two county teams, a hurling team and a boys football team. Our boys' county primary school hurling team will play against Tipperary's schoolboys' team on Sunday 28th May in Pairc Ui Chaoimh prior to the senior match between Waterford and Tipperary. If the Waterford senior team win their match, another Waterford Schoolboys' team will go forward to play against Clare on Sunday, 11th June. If the Waterford senior team lose the match, the schoolboys' team is out of the championship even if they have won their match.
The same rules apply for the boys' football team. The Waterford senior team will play Clare in Ennis on Sunday, 14th May. If Waterford win, it will be a home game for Waterford against Tipperary in Dungarvan on Sunday, 25th June. The boys will play their game before the senior match. If we succeed in reaching the Munster Final, we will be represented by a girls' team. The Munster Hurling Final is on Sunday, 2 July and the Munster Football Final is on Sunday, 16th July.
