COUNTY WATERFORD PRIMARY SCHOOLS'BOARD

THE PRIMARY GAME

We have to pick two county teams, a camogie team and a girls football team for the Primary Game. Our girls' county primary school camogie team will play against Limerick's schoolgirls' team on Sundav, 30th May in Pairc Ui Chaoimh prior to the senior Match between Waterford and Limerick. If the Waterford senior team win their match, a Waterford schoolboys' team will go forward to play before the semi-final between the Waterford senior team and the Cork senior team. If the Waterford senior team win the semi-final another Waterford schoolboys' team will play before the Munster Final.

The same rules apply for the girls 'football team. The Waterford senior team will play the the Cork senior in the Fraher Field on Sunday, 23rd. May. The girls will play their game before the senior match. If the Waterford senior team win their match, we will then have a boys' football team who will play against Limerick on 19th June in Pairc Ui Chaoimh. if the Waterford senior team beat Limerick, we will then have another boys' football team who will play before the Munster Final

RULES

                         Age:     Under 13 years on 1-1-99

Time:    30 minutes a game.

Team:   13 players aside plus 3 subs for the                glrls' teams.

Team:  l5 players aside plus 3 subs for the               boys' teams.

1) Free gear -jersey, togs and socks in their county's colours              Funded by the Senior Munster Council.

2) TravellIng expenses paid by the Primary School County               Board.

3) Food bill will be paid by the Munster School Board.

4) Each team member will receive a team photo.

Schools may send the following number of players.

Camoge Trials: Schools may send 2 players per school.

Girls' Football and Hurling Trials: Schools may send 1 player per school.

Western Camogie Trials: Friday 16th. April at 3.30p.m. in Abbeyside Eastern Camogie Trials: Friday 16th. April at 3.30p.m. in Ballyduff Lower.

County Camogie Trials: Wednesday 21st. April at 3.30 p.m. in Leamybrien  Western Girls' Football Trials at Abbeyside Friday 23rd. April at 3.3Op.m.  Eastern Girls' Football Trials at Ballyduff Lower Friday 23rd. April at 3.3Op.m. .

County Trials In Girls' Football on Wednesday,28th. April in Leamybrien Western Hurling Trials on Wednesday, 19th May at 3.30p.m. in Abbeyside.

Eastern Hurling Trials on Wednesday, 19th May at 3.30p.m. in Ballyduff Lower.

County Hurling Trials on Wednesday, 2nd June at 3.30pm in Dungarvan.

County Teams: The maximum number of players from the West or from the East is 10 players.

Maximum number of players on the county camogie team from any school is 2 players.

Maximum number of players on the county football team or the county hurllng team from any school is 1 player.
